Our Story
What started as a single burner and a hand-crank tortilla press in 2018 has grown into one of Houston’s most beloved food trucks. We don’t cut corners — our masa is ground fresh each morning, our salsas are roasted over open flame, and every taco is built to order.
Inspired by the taquerias of Guadalajara and the energy of Montrose, Tacos Laguna brings together the best of tradition and bold, modern flavor. Our carnitas are slow-braised for eight hours. Our al pastor is marinated in achiote and charred on the trompo. And our handmade tortillas? You’ll taste the difference.
